The Roomie
Baz is the plucky comic relief. He's always there to toss a quick joke at Matt when he's feeling down and, based on their interactions, we can only assume he's good fun to work the late shift with. Matt considers him the older brother he never had, which is funny, because older brothers are never that nice. (It'd be more accurate if Baz ditched him for his friends, dared him to do things that get him in trouble, and gave him ample noogies and wedgies.)
