Here's what we do know about our speaker: she's hot and she's looking for some relief. And she's got some powerful language on her side. She commands the wind, and creates such powerful images that we can almost feel the cool wind washing over us at the end of the poem. Our speaker creates in words what she wants to happen in life: she's one strong dude(tte).
