Haymitch

Haymitch wouldn't be our first choice to lead Katniss to safety. Booze tends to blunt his judgment, but he certainly knows how to move around the Capitol's social circles, which is something Katniss desperately needs to learn how to do. More importantly, he's gone through this before. He gets to mentor District 12's competitors/victims every year, and he really doesn't like watching them get killed in the arena. As drunk as he is, he's going to show Katniss every angle he can to stay alive, and his lessons may have just done the trick.
