How It All Goes Down

- While arguing with the guards, Dominick realizes he knows the janitor mopping up in the corner: Ralph Drinkwater.
- Dominick gets nowhere, and they won't let him talk to a doctor or a social worker.
- When aides take Thomas away, Dominick tries to stop them, but the guards physically restrain Dominick.
- Dominick starts screaming and resisting, prompting one guard to comment, "This one's crazier than the other one" (4.123), and another to knee Dominick in the huevos.
