Mr. Kew Timeline and Summary

Mr. Kew delivers Evelyn as her mother dies in childbirth and his other daughter Alicia is four.
Mr. Kew begins telling Alicia that he is the very best of fathers.
Two years later, he begins instructing Alicia on his twisted views of good and evil.
Thirteen years later, he tells Alicia she knows both good and evil, but Evelyn knows no evil.
Mr. Kew hears from Alicia that Evelyn asked to be touched. He goes out to her pond.
Mr. Kew tells Alicia that evil can't be filtered out and that she is evil.
Mr. Kew kills Evelyn and battles Lone, who uses telepathy to command him to die, then flees.
