Sam Timeline & Summary

Sam meets Charlie at the homecoming football game and Charlie falls for her instantly.
She and Patrick take Charlie to a party at their friend Bob's house. After Charlie inadvertently eats a pot brownie, Sam takes care of him and makes him a milkshake. That's what friends are for, right?
Sam introduces Charlie to her boyfriend, Craig, at The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
At the Secret Santa swap party, Sam gives Charlie a typewriter and his first real kiss. Not too shabby.
After Sam discovers that Charlie did LSD at New Year's, she helps convince him that he should never do it again.
Craig doesn't go with Sam to the Sadie Hawkins dance because he says he's too busy. He's washing his hair that night… or something.
Sam gets mad at Charlie because he kissed her instead of, you know, his own girlfriend. Oops. But they make up after he defends Patrick against Brad and his buddies.
Craig tells Sam that he's been cheating on her for a long time, and they break up. Finally.
At a post-graduation party, Sam shares a dance with Charlie. They also share a few other intimate moments, which are cut short when Charlie's repressed memories cause him to freak out.
Sam leaves town to start Penn State's summer program, but she returns in August to visit Charlie after he gets out of the hospital.
She and Patrick drive Charlie through the tunnel one last time.
