- Even though Danny's back, things aren't the same. He seems tired and apathetic.
- The friends worry about Danny but can't seem to cheer him up.
- The friends decide to throw a party to bring Danny back and make the huge sacrifice of working for one day packing squid to make money for the party.
- Everyone gets involved, cooking and contributing to the party, but Danny still seems to be in a daze.
- Finally, when the friends ask Danny to come to the party, he gets into a frenzy, dancing with everybody and fighting with everybody. Then he runs out the door and off the edge of a cliff.
- Doctors are called, and Father Ramon is called, but Danny is doomed. All of the people at the party are totally bummed about Danny's death.
