Glory

This cuts one of two ways, mainly depending on how much you care about the legal system. On the one hand, your job is pretty boring on a day-to-day basis. Just like it's hard to find watching paint dry fulfilling, you might find that watching—but never really participating in—court cases day in and day out really isn't as fulfilling as you thought it would be.

On the other hand, you can find some comfort in knowing that you're "keeping order." Without you, people wouldn't know when to stand and when to sit down. They might not even know they're supposed to "tell the truth" on the stand. And what would happen in those rare occasions when a witness goes insane and tries to attack the defendant? Who would stop them? The courtroom needs you. The legal justice system needs you.
