Fame

Sadly, there won't be fans clamoring for your autograph. Face it, you're a lab-dweller with a passion for biochemical processes and you probably talk to your mice. It's okay, you can admit it—we're in a judgment-free zone.

The closest you'll get to fame is if you're a forensic toxicologist and are called to testify in a high-profile court case. But even then, the fame will be fleeting. Once the trial's over and the nation is tired of that particular scandal, you'll be back in your lab with your mice, working quietly to solve the world's problems.
