Fame
There's a high probability that you won't become famous per se. Like, you're not going to need an entourage and you probably won't be invited to New York Fashion Week. But then again, you didn't get into this line of work to become famous.
Your recognition will come from your patients. While paparazzi might not find you particularly interesting, your patients will be hanging on to your every word. You'll create strong bonds with your patients and they'll be depending on you for their own health.
So, maybe you won't become a national household name, but you might become a local household name. And you can bet that they'll be saying nice things about you.
