Collisions On Your Record

Collisions On Your Record

Any time you're involved in an accident, whether it's your fault or someone else's, a record of it's kept on file with the DPS.

Having several of these on your record can result in increased insurance rates, cause your license to be suspended, and make your family ashamed of you. Assuming they aren't already. While you may have enjoyed Go-Karts as a kid, your car is built to withstand slightly less damage in a collision, so try not to hit the other cars, even if it sounds like fun.

Your parents will assume financial responsibility for you until you're 18, but that's still no reason to plow through Mrs. Millers tomato garden just for grins and giggles. In addition to the possibility of losing your license, if your parents have to pay out because of your irresponsibility, they're going to have less cash on hand, and our guess is that your score this coming holiday season will be less than impressive.

And you're getting zip from Mrs. Miller.
