Frozen Account

Some things are awesome when they’re frozen. Popsicles…ice sculptures…Disney movies…

But some things are the exact opposite of awesome when they’re frozen. Like our bank accounts.

When we have a frozen account, it means we can’t make any withdrawals or purchases from it. There are several reasons why this could happen. Maybe we’re over our credit limit. Maybe we’re delinquent on payments. Or maybe we did something bad and our accounts have been frozen by the courts or law enforcement. Whatever the reason, we can’t access the money or credit in an account that’s frozen, and it’ll stay that way until we do something to make it right.
