Stress

Your entire existence comes down to a single set of numbers: the ones you score in competition. Oh sure, the ones in practice matter, but not like these do. Competition means endless hours of preparation coming down to a single moment of crushing expectation. Score well, and you've spent the time well. Do badly, and what was it all for? This is why throwing up before competitions is something that happens regularly.

You also have stress coming from the academic side of things. You want to maintain that scholarship, and that means you're stacking a full course load on top of all that time you spend on the gym and on the field. You not only have to finish your work, but you actually have to do it well. Bummer, huh?
