Case Description: Complainant (Demeter) accuses defendant (Poseidon) of sexual assault against her own person. The complainant tried to avoid the god of the sea's advances by transforming herself into a horse, but he transformed into a horse as well and was thus able to mate with her. Subsequently, Demeter gave birth to the goddess Despoena and Arion, the talking horse.
Case Status: Case pending. A submarine is required to take the sea god into custody, but police funding has been slashed, making submersibles implausible.
