PG

The opening sequence to From Russia with Love makes it impossible to see who the heck worked on this movie, because all the credits are projected onto women's bodies. A pre-Red Dawn PG rating is basically a modern-day PG-13, especially when it comes to sexual suggestiveness. Americans get a lot of flak for being prudes in cinema, but the British Board of Film Classification actually demanded quite a few cuts to the original version of From Russia with Love. Wriggling and jiggling and kissing and all sorts of other –ings were trimmed before the film's release (source).

Some were reinstated for home video release, all which maintained the original PG rating. We guess the violent bits didn't bother anybody, though.
