We Forgot to Mention the Southern Utes
- Section 11 states that nothing in this act can prevent the removal of the Southern Ute Indians from their present reservation in Southwestern Colorado to a new one, with the consent of a majority of the (adult, male) members of said tribe.
- We're sure the Utes were just clamoring to be moved out of their homeland.
