Dorothea

Dorothea's pretty clearly the protagonist: she gets more face time than any other major character, and she's just so darned good that we have to believe that she's the heroine. She's the moral center of the novel, and her views are usually (though not always) the same as those expressed by the narrator. Even though Dorothea makes mistakes, those mistakes just serve to give her depth as a character.
