Case Description: Complainant (Nemesis) accuses Defendant (Narcissus) of being totally full of himself. Narcissus was majorly handsome, and when the nymph Echo fell in love with him, he totally ignored her. This made her so sad that she eventually dwindled away until only the echo of her voice was left.
Case Status: Case closed. Nemesis punished Narcissus for his vanity by cursing him to be completely entranced by his own reflection in a pool of water. Eventually, he wasted away while staring at himself. Check out the full story here.
