Case File: Nemesis vs. Zeus

Case File: Nemesis vs. Zeus

Police Reports

Case Description: Complainant (Nemesis) accuses Defendant (Zeus) of sexual assault. Nemesis alleges that when she rejected the advances of the king of the gods, he pursued her anyway. In order to avoid him, she changed herself into a swan. Unfortunately, he changed himself into a swan, too, and mated with her against her will. Some say that Nemesis became pregnant and laid an egg, which was given to Leda. Later on, Helen, Clytemnestra, Castor, and Pollux all hatched from the egg and called Leda Mamma.

Case Status: Case pending until further details are discovered. It's difficult to prove this case one way or another. Other witnesses claim that Leda actually laid the egg after mating with Zeus while he was in the form of a swan.
