Case description: The Milesians accused the Tuatha de Danaan of conspiracy to prevent them from landing on Ireland. When Amergin the bard said the Milesians would retreat "beyond the ninth wave" in the ocean, the Irish druids sent storms to keep the Milesians away.
Case status: Dismissed. The Milesians won the war and the druids served both peoples.
