Your odds of finding a job if you go the route of getting a master's in psychology or counseling with an art therapy specialization are good. You may have to work first as a general therapist or counselor and then employ art therapy as one of your techniques to help people.

If you just get an art therapy degree and only look for jobs that specify "art therapist," you're going to have a tough time finding work.
