Fame
The most famous energy auditor of all time is probably good ol' Ben Franklin, back when he decided to see just what kind of punch Mother Nature had. Other than that...um...well, we're sure there have been lots of energy auditors who've killed at the energy auditing game. We just don't know any of their names.
As an energy auditor, you're not likely to become famous unless you invent something that helps people save or use energy in a much more efficient way. But who wants to be famous? Be satisfied in making the world a better place, and don't fly any kites during thunderstorms. Seriously.
