Did we mention HVACRs are in-demand? Yeah, we did. The odds are in your favor if you want to work in the HVACR field and stick around for a long time. You can excel (and make some pretty decent money) if you know your stuff, work hard, and find it easy to work with anyone, anywhere, at anytime. Be flexible, stay on top of energy trends, do solid work, and you should have no problem.
You don't have to take our word for it, though. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects growth in this industry to be twenty-one percent in coming years, which is way more growth than many other industries will enjoy (source).
