Hey, it could be worse. You could be working on Wphones, and man, those are sooo last year. (Source)

How you feel about this job will likely be tied to what you're managing. In many cases, you may not have a choice: MegaCorp X is going to sell nothing but MegaCorp Xphones, and if you take a job there, you can be pretty sure your life will be all Xphones all the time.

That said, there are logistician jobs that some might find more fulfilling: hospitals, disaster zones, the military, Easy Cheese...just to name a few. People and supplies aren't much different than widgets when it comes to getting something from point A to point B. If you're looking to feel especially satisfied at work, make sure you send your résumé to the right place before getting stuck managing something you hate.

Even then, if you hate the product you're guiding through roads and rail lines of the country, there's something to be said about how pleased you'll be having a delivery arrive just before the deadline. You'll wipe your brow and henceforth introduce yourself as "Time, Nicholas Time."
