Glory
Despite what you might think, there's actually some glory to be found in this profession. You'll be offering your customers quality instruments that they can practice and improve on; thanks to you, other people will be able to sharpen their skills and bring beautiful (or sometimes awful) music into their homes.
And by paying your employees fairly, you'll be helping them to put food on their tables. That's pretty glorious as well.
If your store offers piano lessons, there will also be some glory in watching the kids you or your employees teach grow up to be incredible pianists. If they end up being world-famous concert pianists, you can bet that they'll never forget you or your shop.
They probably won't be down on their knees worshipping you...but they'll never stop being grateful that you gave them the tools and instruction that they needed to get started.
