Considering all the different kinds of jobs you can get, you'll probably find work somewhere. You'll just need to be flexible with where you work and obtain the proper certifications. But if you're banking on that swanky UN job—forgetaboutit. Unless you are truly amazing with languages and have the weird and unique talent of being able to translate both word and meaning effortlessly and simultaneously, it's going to be very difficult. If you have been somehow magically gifted with such a superpower, though, then go for it.
Truly talented folks will find a way in—especially those with skills in Chinese or Arabic.
