With some guidance and support from adults, use technology, including the Internet, to produce and publish writing as well as to interact and collaborate with others; demonstrate sufficient command of keyboarding skills to type a minimum of one page in a single sitting.

Ah, the Internet. It is a well of great knowledge. 

And a source of great distraction. 

We strive to harness the power of its knowledge and productivity in order to welcome these children into the techno-kingdom that will be their adult lives.

In order to do this, you'll have to put them in front of computers. They'll have to type out a paper or two and upload it using the Internet. Your kids will need to demonstrate that they have the skill to collaborate with others online as well. In all honesty, fourth graders have likely already had some exposure to the techno-world, and kids these days take to this stuff like fish to water.
