Example 1

Graph the function defined by the parametric equations

x(t) = -cos t
y(t) = -sin t

for 0 ≤ t ≤ 2π.

Example 2

Graph the function described by the parametric equations x(t) = 2t, y(t) = t2 for -4≤ t ≤ 4.
