Jack Twist

Jack initiates Ennis into the hot, steamy world of camping sex. Gene Shalit, film critic for the Today show, was criticized for calling Jack a "sexual predator," which is so far off the mark it's ridiculous. (Source)

What Shalit doesn't seem to realize is that Jack isn't forcing Ennis to do anything he doesn't want to do. Jack kisses Ennis, but Ennis is the one who removes Jack's clothes. Jack comes to visit Ennis, but Ennis happily leaves his wife and gets a motel room with Jack. Ennis may act like a straight man, but inside he's a powder keg of lust for Jack, and Jack lights his fuse.
