This story is super amusing, which makes it a pretty fast read. It has some difficult words thrown in, though—words that the average sixth grader wouldn't know (heck, your teacher might not know a few of these). Can you spell verisimilitude? V-E-R…ah, eh, what? The rest of the book is pretty easy to read and understand, though. With Hiaasen, what you read is what you get: not much left to interpret about this fun story.
