Therese Timeline and Summary

Rousseau returns from Italy and meets a shy woman named Therese. He's instantly smitten.
The pair gets married and quickly starts having babies.
Rousseau abandons all the babies in various orphanages, but we never get to hear whether Therese is on board with this plan.
Therese moves to the Hermitage with Rousseau and Mme d'Epinay.
When Rousseau starts having an affair with Mme d'Houdetot, Therese never openly objects. But she goes behind Rousseau's back to read his secret correspondences.
