Pretty Girls Can Finish First
We don't know a lot about Gabbe, except that Luce constantly refers to her "distinctive southern twang" (5.134). Sure, Gabbe starts out as that annoyingly perfect, pristinely manicured nice girl whose sole job is to break up Cam and Luce's more personal moments—but that actually turns out to work in Luce's favor at the end, when Luce really does need a savior. There's a lot about Gabbe that surprises, including the fact that she isn't dating Daniel at all—and that she is a fellow fallen angel.
