- Robb Stark has gone to the Riverlands to surprise Jaime Lannister's army, which is besieging the Tully castle, Riverrun.
- Although we don't see this battle – since Catelyn isn't directly involved and she's our POV character – we do know this: (1) Robb's force captures Jaime Lannister, in part because Jaime is impatient and bad at waiting; and (2) a lot of people die.
