Pferdehuf, Ramsey

Pferdehuf works for Hugo Reiss and Ramsey works for Tagomi, and they are both pretty bland-seeming secretaries. That reminds us, even if Tagomi and Reiss are opposed because of the governments they work for, they're both just government officials doing a job. (It's too bad that Reiss and Pferdehuf are working for a crazy, evil government.)
