- Oof. Things are about to go really wrong. The group is headed back to the landline to get out of the Matrix when Neo has a little déjà vu. Apparently, this means they've changed something in the Matrix, although no one's sure what it is (spoiler alert: the windows are now made out of brick).
- And then they're surrounded, agents and all. They make a break for the phone but Mouse is quickly gunned down. (Aww, we liked Mouse.)
- The party almost gets away by climbing through the walls but an "accidental" sneeze from Cypher gives them away and forces Morpheus to sacrifice himself to save the rest of them.
- They all make it out of the building but their troubles are far from over.
