character of color It's always just about the white hero

and the person of color has some kind of like

falk knowledge that they bring to bear on the story

and it's not really about that monstrous about helping the

hero Another early stage is the crossing of the threshold

and this is where the hero sort of accepts it

and sort of takes that first venturing out I'm thinking
