Power

Power? You want to talk about power? You know all about that.

Not so much because you have it—you're likely a mid-ranking employee at an energy company with a name like "ClimaZone" or "GeoTech." But you've read all about power: how wind turbines work, how steam can be converted into electrical power, and how to maximize electricity generation through binary closed-loop systems.

That said, there's definitely some kind of power associated with your job. You may not have a team of interns to boss around or a red "Nuke Them" button on the underside of your desk, but you have the power to generate megawatts and gigawatts—virtually unlimited wattage, frankly—for entire municipalities. You have the power to give power, and to take it away.
