Stress
Anytime you’re responsible for the use and allocation of millions of dollars, a little stress is inevitable.
If it makes you feel any better, you’ll have an art director handling most of the administrative and grunt work, while you get to design and conceptualize.
If the long days and nights start getting to you, you can always take it out on the A.D., who can, in turn, relieve his stress on the assistant A.D. or the set designer. Thank goodness for the caste system of Hollywood.
