Physical Danger
There's really nothing scary about this job in a physical way, other than maybe aggravating a fear of heights if you deal in high-rises. Though you'll have to worry from time to time about falling bits of construction materials. All things considered, though, you're really not in harm's way as a real estate developer.
Of course, if things go well, you'll be traveling a good bit (so buckle up) and you'll probably be in some hardhat zones (so wear a hardhat). Always pay attention to the safety codes of building structures of any kind. Finally, don't be the first to build condos under the sea or on the moon. Pioneers in those fields are just askin' for it.
