Bartholomew and the Oobleck Paragraphs 13-14 Summary

Oh Yeah?

  • The King sure doesn't love Bartholomew's uppity-ness—he's determined to be the one King who can change the weather.
  • Thinking, however, isn't exactly the King's strong suit, so it's only natural that he stomp around for several days rather than pacing and muttering to himself like a normal crazy person. Still, it's nice to see him finally apply himself.
  • It should be clear by now that Seuss is all about the dialogue as a storytelling technique. We know more about His Majesty through his impetuous use of "eh" than any adjective could tell us.
