Exactly how steamy is this story?

It would be hard to rate a book heavily featuring cousins doing the dirty anything less than an R. Daisy's also pretty fond of sharing with the reader how intensely she's lusting for her cousin's loins, using colorful metaphors about trapped birds and self-digesting stomachs. While we do get some graphic descriptions of the smell of their skin and the post-coital rawness, we're thankfully saved from a full-on NC-17 rating since the actual sexual encounters occur in fade-to-black moments.
