Okay, so you may have to do some mental acrobatics as the book shifts between Noah and Jude's perspectives. (They're different people, writing at different times, with knowledge of different parts of the story. That's a lot of moving parts.)
The good news is that Jandy Nelson is Béla Károlyi to your Kerri Strug. (She's got you.) The plot has some twists and turns for sure, but the connections are always clear. Also? This book is fun and funny, which goes a long way towards making up for the tough emotions it explores.
