Josh
- Josh opens Emma's bedroom window so he can hear his phone ring.
- He's still married to Sydney on Facebook. They click into a photo album full of pictures of their fancy new house on Crown Lake and Josh lounging in a hammock with twins. Weird: Last time they checked, Josh had a pair of different twins.
- Emma leaves for a moment and Josh finds a picture of his brother. When he clicks on it he finds out that David, or "Dave," as he goes by in the future, lives in Washington… and is in a relationship with a guy. Wait, what?
- Emma comes back and Josh quickly exits the window. He doesn't want to share the info about his brother.
- Emma starts teasing Josh about his white underwear—little does she know, but Josh actually decided to switch to boxers after Emma saw him in his tighty-whities.
- And he's still waiting on that phone call from Sydney. Being a girl herself, Emma advises him that she's probably just playing hard to get.
- Together, they decide that it might not be such a good idea to look other people up on Facebook. Especially after what Josh just saw.
- Speaking of other people, Emma and Josh start teasing each other about exes.
- Emma tells Josh that they're different: He looks for somebody to make him happy forever, which means his heart gets broken easily, but Emma, who doesn't believe in true love at all, has an easier time of it.
- Just then, Josh's phone rings and he runs home to answer it.
