Emma
- Emma is studying in the library. And by studying, we mean she is thinking about how Cody is single fifteen years into the future.
- She thinks about how hopeless it is that she can't even control her future when she knows what happens to her.
- She's lost in thought as she sees a group of students using resources for their studies. Then something clicks: Knowing the future isn't an automatic ticket—it's the resource to helping you get what you want.
- Emma gets to track practice and apologizes to the coach (apparently she's missed two practices during this whole Facebook fiasco).
- Cody jogs to catch up with her, and keeping in mind the "resource" she has, Emma mentions architecture to Cody, since she knows that's what he does in his future. It works.
- He holds out her gold necklace that she wears every day and says he found it and thought maybe it belonged to her. She hadn't noticed it being gone, though… very suspicious.
- On the way home from school, she vows to never marry Kevin Storm.
