Glory

Again, this is more of a behind-the-scenes kind of glory. Your work day is spent helping students, their teachers, and their families solve problems and understand each other. This is a commendable task―but try telling that to the people needing mediation.

Students will pout, parents will scream, and you might not even get a thank you for all of your hard work. You'll just have to sit silently with the internal knowledge of a job well done, even if they don't realize it.

Oh well, at least you'll have the end-of-the-school-year celebrations to look forward to. You know how glorious summer vacation is? Imagine how relaxing it must be for the person who has to deal with the issues of hundreds of thankless little brats (and we're just talking about the parents).
