The younger the kids, the greater the power. Some teachers spend more time with 5, 6, and 7-year-olds than their own parents do, so you can guess who the more influential party is during these kids’ formative years. Why, you could probably even convince them to wear their shoes on the wrong feet if you pushed the issue hard enough. They could be 26 and walking into a job interview and the employer could laugh them right out of their office because of it. And all because of you and your irresponsible exercising of power. Kinda makes you feel like a demigod, doesn’t it?
