Your client base is a revolving door, so your staying power will depend on how adept you are at filling vacancies in your schedule (and fast). Having a Personal Trainer is a luxury. When money gets tight, they are often one of the first extras that get cut. Others will give exercise a shot from January 1st until about February 7th and then throw in the towel – maybe literally.
