You work for your clients – what they want, you produce. You’re a creative person and all, and you can make all the suggestions under the sun, but when push comes to shove (and hopefully it never comes to that), you have to cater to your individual clients’ needs and desires. They say “jump,” you ask, “in Flash or HTML?”

However, should you lose your job, you do have the power to easily find work elsewhere. WPM’s are in high demand just about everywhere.
