If you're coming here from somewhere else, and you have a vehicle that was registered in another state, you'll need to get it registered here within 60 days of your first day of residency or at a new job.

To register an out-of-state vehicle in New Hampshire, you'll need:

1. a completed and signed Application for Title and Application for Registration.
2. out-of-state title.
3. proof of address and identity.
4. whatever DMV fees are required.

Get all of that taken care of and you're officially a New Hampshire driver. Good luck out there—you're going to need it.
