If you are approaching a stationary emergency vehicle, tow truck, or Department of Transportation vehicle that is flashing warning lights and is pulled over on a freeway or highway shoulder, slow down and move over or change lanes so that you are not endangering the safety of any emergency personnel who may be at work near the vehicle.
